After several decades away from the music scene, Darryl Oliver, guitarist and original member of the Southern California rock band Irish, along with Irish bass player Eric Tuttobene, are soon to release an EP titled “Finally” under the name Revilo.
Their passion for music took a backseat for decades while they focused on raising a family. It wasn’t until a few years ago, when Eric persuaded Darryl with the prospect of a singer to perform their songs, that Darryl reignited his musical passion and picked up composing again after a long hiatus.
For the EP “Finally,” Eric brought in Matt Newton, a professional with a powerful voice who added significant depth to the vocals. Darryl recruited Kevin Lehman, a skilled drummer whose playing added a fresh and masterful touch to the EP’s overall sound.
This release marks the beginning of a new chapter for Revilo, with promises of more music to follow.
